I was lucky to be at the Luscious Lip Colour launch! Seeing Luscious Lip Colour was intriguing and at went like this: a lady took something small out of her purse and a bright light appeared. She directing it towards her lips! It drew my attention instantly!

I couldn't wait to try out the tantalizing fun gloss myself so I went to the launch shop where they had the testers. It was love at first sight/touch/ smell. The gloss had a delicious vanilla scent the kind that makes you want to eat it (resist! :)). Applying lip gloss can be quite captivating in itself - and with the press of soft black button at the top of the wand the fun light turns on illuminating lips as they start to shimmer with flowery colour. The colours can be layered on for a more intense colour or left at one coat for a tint and shimmer.  They glosses come in 5 different shades, I will describe my favorite colours:

1. Double Diamond - gives sparkling glow to lips. Can be layered onto a lipstick to make colour pop with juiciness and shimmer. Any time of the day.

2. Perfect Pink! - my favorite! It gives a soft pink look with shimmer. Or if layered thicker creates delicious pink lips. Daytime and flirty.

3. Orange Glow - has an orange tint and can be intensified like Perfect Pink. Daytime but your choice!

4. Party Purple - is the darkest of the glosses and yes like the name goes is of a purple hue. Great for evenings. 

Fun Social Experience of the Gift

My first experience in social setting was at a the bar area of Cheesecake Factory in the evening. I have to say applying in the dark restaurant using the mirror on the side of the lip gloss was fun. Ladies from across a table didn't wait a minute before asking "what is that?!" excitedly. I am sure there were more eyes that notices. A couple came by as they were leaving asking me where can they get some for their daughter! The gloss is definitely a fun conversation starter.

Healthy Alternative for A Fast Food Solution

My healthy solution  that makes me feel good about eating fast food! :)

1. Grab a blander!
2. 1/2 or 1/4 a box of blueberries from the farmer's market.
3. Ice cubes
4. Half a glass of water
5. Half a glass of milk

Really Bad Menstrual Cramps

Menstrual Cramps is one of the worst pains we women have to experience. If your period goes without bad cramps, you are blessed - pass this on to your girlfriends who are probably aren't as lucky!

Coming from a personal testimonial. I am writing this just at the moment of triumph over cramps! Please be aware, that this is my own testimonial.

Cramp Relief | Testimonial

I used to stuck up on Advil and Aleve to help manage my pains. I usually took both because I needed more than an allowed 24-48 hour dose. This way I maxed out the doze on both. Even then I was always scared! I remembered the Vioxx case of pain relief ending in BIG side effect cases - with the word that starts with letter D! So please don't take it as advise, as I do not believe this is safe to take too many pain relievers, if you have to, consult your doctor before.

How To Reduce Menstrual Cramps

What I instead use now is Aloe Vera Gel. Something that comes from nature, a vegetable of garlic family. It has been used for ages, with records going back to Cleopatra times! Tested for centuries!

My Menstrual Cramp Solution!

On onset of the menstrual cramp I kept my portions of food small. Instead I took a Vanilla Protein Shake (natural one from non-GMO soy, I don't recommend others). I noticed before that drinking the shake assists in helping me feel better by limiting my intake of solid food. Once I got home to my refrigerator I grabbed Aloe Vera Gel. Took the following:

2 shot glasses worth of Aloe Vera Gel 

Diluted with 2 shot glasses of luke warm water. 

I waited for the cramps to go away. After 20 minutes I got distracted and forgot about them. Only then realizing the pain went away! 

What I Do For Cramps | My Natural Remedy for Period Cramps

I have been taking less and less pain relievers since I've started taking natural supplements with Aloe Vera Gel. I am not writing this as an educated blog post. This is my testament and it works for me. 

I hope you will give it a shot and will find the natural way to stop menstrual cramps for yourself too!

I would recommend taking Calcium, Royal Jelly, and B complex. When you feel the pain is making a come back take more of the Aloe Vera Gel again.
