Healthy Fast Food In Less Than 3 Minutes

Making A Healthy Food Choice When In A Rush 

A fast food you will not feel guilty about. We are all in busy and then there is little time to make food. We end up rushing to make something fast. Which ends up being:

a. Fattening
b. Doesn't taste that good
(like frozen dinner! yak)
c. Low in nutrients
d. Or all the above!

Healthy Alternative for A Fast Food Solution

My healthy solution  that makes me feel good about eating fast food! :)

1. Grab a blander!
2. 1/2 or 1/4 a box of blueberries from the farmer's market.
3. Ice cubes
4. Half a glass of water
5. Half a glass of milk
6. Vanilla non-gmo soy protein. My choice Forever Lite Ultra.
7. Throw everything into the blander and mix! Done in 1 minute! Enjoy!

Yummy Food for Muscles
This is an excellent food post workout. It is full of nutrients:

1. Healthy protein
2. All the necessary amino acids 
3. 1/2 supply of daily required vitamins and minerals.


Good Protein Powder to Use

Make sure the protein powder you choose is healthy indeed. Make sure it is:
